Pre-Order Information
We only take pre-orders on items once we have received our final confirmed allocation numbers. This means you can pre-order from us knowing that your pre-order is guaranteed barring any unforeseen circumstances.
We will never ship items out to arrive before the specified street date (which will be listed on the order page of the item in question). However, we will do everything in our power to try to get your order to you in time for the specified release date. In instances where we have received the stock in time to do so, we will ship orders out the day before the release date in order to increase the chances of it arriving to you on release day. Choosing express shipping will increase your chances of receiving your items in time for the release date too!
In instances where you order some 'in stock' items as well as some 'pre-order' items, please note that the 'in stock' items will be kept aside and only shipped out once your 'pre-order' items are being shipped. If you would like the 'in stock items' sooner, please place two separate orders: one for the 'pre-order' items, and one for the 'in stock' items.
If there are any delays to the release date or to us receiving the pre-ordered stock, we will make sure to update you and let you know. Other than that, you can expect to hear from us again when your order is dispatched.
We usually also reserve some 'pre-order' stock to sell on the specified release day of an item too. So if you missed out on a pre-order, or if you did not get the quantity of something you wanted, make sure to check back on the day of release to be in with a chance of ordering some. We announce when our pre-orders, any restocks, or any new stock is going live on our social media platforms. Make sure to follow us on these if you want to make sure you don't miss out on pre-order items.
If your order has not arrived to you in the time frame you expected, please check out the information listed in our 'Delivery Information' section to see the estimated time frames that are relevant to you. If you have waited the timeframe specified by them and have not yet received your item, please email us at sales@fireandlightning.co.uk and we will try and resolve the issue for you.
